Trying to install Google deskbar but nothing happens

When i clcick on the deskbar exe the first screen comes up and says to
click NEXT. When I click Next nothing happens. Nothing happens when I
click Cancel either. I have to go to Task manager to close out of it.

I had it installed before but had to uninstall it. Now i want it back
(I love it) but can't get it to reinstall. Any thoughts???
