Trying to get contacts to show under folder list on outlook main p

I just switched from outlook express to outlook and would like to have my
contacts show in the left colum of the main page directly under the folder
lists (i.e. delete, inbox, sent items, etc.)

You want an information pane like OE's View>Layout>Contact option, I
imagine. Outlook won't do that.
