trying to delete spyware

some spyware from Callinghome.biz got onto my
computer.Its in a .cab file. Icant delete it anytime I
try to do anything to it , it wants to extract or copy
files. does anyone know how to delete these files?
 
you need to boot to safe mode to delete the files
choose f8 when the computer boots
Run whatever adaware program you have while in safe mode.
