Trying to clarify first question

If I go to open and then choose the file I want sometimes it opens it and
sometimes it opens a different file in the same web. Sometimes it opens the
same file repeatedly no matter which file I click on. Hope this is easier to
understand. Thanks Deerseeker
 
You should be opening your web by: File | Open Site
