Hello, there.

I've posted a question in microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support
without response yet, and don't want to cross post here...

How do I post again here applying netiquette rules? :)

Thanks

Gabriel,

True cross-posting requires that you post the one time, to both groups
simultaneously. Cross-posting is good. What you're doing is multi-posting, but
you're doing it out of necessity.

As long as you apologise for the multi-posting, and indicate that you're only
doing it because you got no response from the original post, you should be OK.
Just try to avoid it next time.

So what's your problem? Provide details please.

Thanks, Chuck.

After reading your links now I understand the differences between
cross-posting and multi-posting.
Have no other way to post my trouble here than using multi-posting :-\
