I was sent, as an attachment, an Excel document.
I use Excel 2002. The attachment looks fine when opened with Excel.
If I use the Print Preview, there is a truncation right after the second
column.
I use the Set Print Area to include all the columns. (there is a dotted
vertical line at the point where it truncates).
When I use the Print Preview it truncates the same.
If I save the attachment, set a full Print Area and try to print it, the
truncations occurs again.
What is this dotted line at the right of the second column? What can I do to
solve the print truncation problem? I will appreciate your help.
I am not a heavy user of Excel but I need to solve this problem with this
document.

There may be a manually entered Page Break on the sheet. Try this:

Select your entire worksheet (Ctrl-A)
Click on the "Insert" menu
Select "Reset All Page Breaks"

Does that fix the problem?

You are right. The document was sent to me as portrait and the truncation was
at the page break to the second page.
Problem solved. Thank you.

You were right. The document was received as portrait instead of landscape.
The truncation was caused by the page break to the second page.
Problem solved. Thank you much.

You were right. The document was sent to me in portrait format and the
truncation was caused by the page break as you suggested.
Thank you much.
