True XYZ axis 3-D charting Add-In for Excel

Is there a reasonably priced Excel Add-In that does true XYZ axis 3-D
charting? I don't need a fancy package, just Scatter or Surface plotting of
data points with 3 distinct descriptive numbers.

Thanks for the lead. I can't get this chart to serve my purposes though.
Price is right (free), and site has some other things like the guage chart
that are really great. Any other leads for 3-D charts with XYZ axis data?

Other software that I've heard of. I have not used any of these and you
will have to decided whether the price is right :)

Out of interest what purpose did you have in mind?

Google for AsdGraph3D v1.3.1. It should be what you are looking for.
