Troubleshooting spelling & grammar in another language

When I try to change to another language to check the spelling and grammer in
French (Canada), it only jumps to Spanish (Costa Rica), no matter how many
times I try.

HOW are you trying to change the language? (What steps)

Have you installed the French proofing tools?
