I am getting the error message below, can anyone advise the best way to
identify the application / cause of the problem and correct it.

Run-time Error '-2146697211 (800c0005)':
The system cannot locate the resource specified.

You need to provide more information for us to help you. What are you doing
when you get this error message?

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?

This is when you try to open Notepad, right?
