In the company we have a Exchange Server. The users (outlook 2000 and XP)
can create the PST files and save then OFF Line in a virtual drive in the
network.
Since three days Outlook doesn't work properly, is very slow, it takes 4 or
5 minutes to responds and the computer is static. But I can explore the
dirve T: and the files PST without problem

Do you have any idea?

Thaks in advance.

Network-served PSTs are unsupported and can lead to data loss. Don't do it.

Brian is correct as usual - this is unsupported and is not recommended.
Don't use PST files - use the Exchange server for all mail storage.
