Trouble with Zip Codes

I have a Database file from our UPS database that is a csv file. i am
in the process of converting this file to seperate Company, First
Name Middle Init last name City State and Zip the file have 19,000
Contact some of wihich are duplicates and the Zip codes are either zip
or zip +4 is the a way to do the format automatically for the ones
that (0)+6 [7 digits] and the ones that have 10+1 [11digits] and have
the format done automatically?

My Mistake Zip 4+1 [5digit zip]
8+1 [9 digit zip]
