Trouble with weeks on calendar

Hi group,

There´s a mistake with Outlook calendar from Germany (our main
company) and Brazil (branch office)..

The trouble is about how Outlook count the weeks, for example,
the 39th week of the year to us starts on September 18th, while on Germany
it starts on September 25th. Is there any configuration to put them running
togheter?
 
There's no setting that allows you to see two different week numbers for one
week. You'd have to choose one setting or the other
 
Verify both calendars have the same first day of the week and first week of
the year.
