Trouble with Titles

When I click on the "Make titles or credits" from Edit
Movie group it comes up fine with the different options
for making titles or credits. When I click on "title on
selected clip" Windows Movie Maker 2 quits on me and goes
to the desktop. Is there any help with that problem and
I re-installed Windows Movie Maker 2 again and it still
does it.

Here is the different options for titles or credits that
work:

1) title at the beginning*
2) title before the selected clip*
3) title on selected clip**
4) title after the selected clip*
5) credits at the end**

* means it works fine
** means it goes to desktop after being clicked on

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY MONIE MAKER PROGRAM WHEN I WOULD LIKE TO ADD ATITLE ON THE FILE ...THE PROGRAM CLOSE ITSELF AND GOESTO THE DESKTOP.... DIDI YOU GET ANY SOLUTION TO SAID PROBLEM..

Sorry for this coming late but I am able to use the
Titles (for the ones I said that gone to the desktop when
clicked on), working again. I must have forgotten to
click on the clip that I wanted the titles to go over
(which you know some people can forget).
