My customer can't read the .pst file I sent her through her outlook 2003
program. I have her old sent folder.pst file - when I sent it to her... she
can't open it because it was blocked. Although the "Outlook help" suggest to
rename the file, but how can a .pst file be changed where it can be sent
safety over the internet?

Please advise?

Change the file extension. For example, if I was sending a file named
outlook.pst to someone, I would name the file outlookpst.bak. In the body
of the message, I would inform the user to save the attachment to their file
system (e.g. My Documents) and then rename the file to outlook.pst.

By the way there is a way for users to unblock specific attachments types in
Outlook 2003. It does involve the registry and is documented at
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm. If editing the registry
is place the person doesn't want to go, I recommend Ken Slovak's Attachment
Options addin. (link to it is on the getexe page.)
