Trouble with pages on email....

I can receive an email and as soon as I hit the
forwarding, it changes form and the sentences are all
bundled together and makes it hard to read. I also have my
sessions expire very quickly. In the time it takes to
visit one page and go back to the original, it has expired
already. Sometimes in less than a minute. Can you help me.
