Hi all
I have to use the MatchRequired property to limit what can be entered
into the spreadsheet via the form I have set up.
The problem is that when an entry to put into the form combobox that is
not present in the dropdown menu, I get the message "Inval property
value".
THE PROBLEM(s)
The field is not highlighted to display to the user that it is the
field they just entered that is wrong, i.e. it does not set focus.
The message is not that clear - it sounds too techi for a basic user of
XL - can I chnage it ??
If the entry is deleted then it still comes up with the error message
even though their is a blank as an option in the dropdown. i.e "" is
coded into to reflect a blank - is this different than deleting or
backspacing??
Any help appreciated.
