I insterted a .jpg logo into a word document, in order to print. It looks
fine in the print preview, however when it prints there are two logos printed
each half the size of the original.

Deleting the logo and reinserting it does not fix the problem, when printed
there are always two logos.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

In Word, try turning off background printing in Tools | Options | Print.
In Windows, try turning off printing spooling and/or advanced text
services in Start | Control Panel | Printers | <right-click on your
printer> | Properties.

Turning of the background printing worked with the documet that I was asking
about when I wrote in may.

However the problem persists in another document, and turning of the
background printing option doesn't work.

I can't change any of the printer properities, such as spooling because I
don't have that privilege on our network.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
