Trouble with internet

When trying to sent photo by email the following message appears
unable to poll for new message on your HTTP server account. 'MSN',server:'http//oe.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdate',Protocol:HTTPMail,Port:O,secure(SSL):No,Socket Error:12019,Error No.0x80004005
