Trouble with installing Zone Alarm Pro 5.0 and scandisk

After upgrading to Version 5.0 of ZoneAlarm Pro, I can't get scandisk to operate. The scandisk screen during restart either doesn't appear or says NTFS, can't access disk at this time.....

Any body else?

The Zonelabs tech help isnt much use either. I've got same problems..
