Trouble with IE

I hope someone can help. After my computer is on for 5
minutes or so, my IE browser stops working...won't find
websites..I get a message like "This page cannot be
displayed...." or "The page you are looking for is
currently unavailable..." Also, my Realplayer stops
working and says I'm offline. Dell support does not have
a clue and my newly-installed anti-virus does not find
anything. Any ideas?? Thanks.

download and run these. do you have a firewall ?
