i am from germany and i have trouble with my windows mail...
Der Host "SMTP" wurde nicht gefunden. Überprüfen Sie die Angabe des
Servernamens.
Betreff 'HI', Konto: 'Manu S.', Server: 'SMTP', Protokoll: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure (SSL): Nein, Socketfehler: 11001, Fehlernummer: 0x800CCC0D
That is in german but i hope for your help !!! thanx

'SMTP' is not a valid server name. Ask your email provider (who is
probably also your internet provider) for their instructions for setting
up to use their email servers. If they haven't written instructions for
Windows Mail yet, use their instructions for Outlook Express but
under Windows Mail instead. The instructions are probably
somewhere on their web site.

Or, there's some newsgroups with names starting with
microsoft.public.de.windows.vista where you should at least
find more people who read German and use Vista.
