when in user account, on the left side where you click for info for instance:user accounts or switching users an exclamation inside a yellow triangle message box pops up and says- ClassFactory cannot supply requested class- then it pulls up ie webpage that is blank.....any help? I am setup as administrator on xp pro, also when on msn or ie and i try to print the page another error box pops up and says- This action is restricted. For more information, please contact your system administrator. I cannot figure out why this is happening. Please help
