can someone please help me, i want to use the at command to create scheduel a task for the 30 of november, the task name is test.bat, i tryed to make it work but i can´t figure what sintaxe to use.Can someone help me.

Try this:

at 13:00 /next:30 c:\tools\test.bat

If you're uncomfortable with at.exe, use the GUI for the Task Scheduler. You
can see it in the Control Panel. Note that it is "Schedule", not Scheduel" -
a duel is usually fought at the break of dawn, with pistols.
