Messages with attachments >5 MB get hung up in the Outbox. The Send/Receive
status gets stuck at 25-50%. In the Details window, you can see the
multiple attempts at Processing, but it never quite sends it all. I know my
ISP mailbox will handle 10 MB messages. Any idea how I can track down what
is wrong?
Thanks

.outlook is timing out with your ISP. I go directly into
my ISP (eg Hotmail) and send my lerge attachments from
there

What version of Outlook?

Also I disabled "scan outgoing email" and worm blocking in NAV 2003. This
did not help. Outlook still can't send the file. It just keeps processing
it. No error messages, just spinning its wheels.

Try this:

- Click Tools | E-mail Accounts
- Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and click Next
- Select the e-mail account you want to change and click Change
- Click the More Settings button, then the Advanced tab
- Move the slider under "Server Timeouts" farther to the right, then click
OK, then Finish

See if increasing the server timeout limit helps those larger attachments
get through.
