Trouble Opening .pps and .ppt with ppviewer in Outlook Express

When I double click an attachment that is either .pps or .ppt, I get an error
message and my powerpoint viewer will not open it. I have to save it to my
hard drive first and then open it. My file associations are correct. Can
someone help solve this issue? Thanks.

It may indicate your temp folder is full - empty your temp internet files -
you can also try the instructions here:

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
