Trouble opening PC version of Workbook on MAC

I'm having trouble opening my PC version of a workbook (MS Excel file)
on a MAC. Basically it won't even open the workbook for me to debug
the problem. Can I get some help on what changes I would have to make
to my PC version to be able to at least open the workbook?
