trouble opening file

i wanna open the file CATALO.LIVESUBCRIBE but after downloading comp doesn't
open file but instead asking abt program tto open with or suggesting to find
from web for file ext .
so is anyone can tell me how to open this file.

That's because .LIVESUBSCRIBE is not a valid file extension.
Sounds like something wanting to install spyware on your computer anyway.
