ah
I've re-stalled XP Home Edition after wiping my hard drive and after
restalling MS Office XP/ Outlook 2002, I am unable to import the backed
up pst files I made prior to the wipe. Outlook recongizes them as
Office Data Files which I have learned from Microsoft is a blip in
their designation of files ( see :
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=287837 ). After re-designating the
files as Outlook Data Files, I still have the same problem and cannot
import or open the pst file in Outlook. I've also tried to import .cvs
file from Palm Desktop from another computer as a alternative and
Outlook translator doesn't recognize the comma seperated values file.
Any ideas? It was all working fine before the wipe and I re-installed
XP Home Edition.
Any help would be great thanks ; )
