trouble finding address book

I am unable to save new calender appointments and tasks.
When I try, an error message pops up that says "An error
occured while trying to locate Window's Address Book.
Unable to find the WAB DLL." So I can look at my old
appointments that I scheduled before this problem, but I
can't enter new ones.
 
Outlook does not use the WAB. Are you using Outlook? If so, what version?
What configuration changes did you make before the problem started?
