i got the trojan virus and norton can delete it i don't
know what to do please help. the name of the virus is
Backdoor.Agent.B and Backdoor.Trojan

Hi,

you will have to scan the disk at boot up so that the virus can be removed. The antivirus disk that you have is bootable. Boot up with that and see if the virus gets removed or at least they can be quarantined.
 
i dont know how to do that. i put the disk in and started
the computer but nothing happened
