Try downloading and using Ad-Aware from this site:
www.lavasoftusa.com

Make sure you choose the free version. Highly recommended! It may take
more than one pass to remove everything.

Also make sure you have the latest patches from Windows Update to protect
your PC, and don't visit questionable websites.

Let us know how it goes!

Try rebooting XP in Safe Mode
Start -> Shut down -> Restart
When Your computer posts the initial hardware or logo screen start hitting
F8 until it presents you with a dos screen.
Read the screen carefully and select "Safe mode"
When it boots up see if you can run Grisoft antiv-rius and remove it
If you have to remove the file manually then you have to find it first
and to do so you will need to go to Windows explorer -> Tools -> Folder
options -> "View" tab
Checkmark "Display the contents of system folders"
"Select" Show HIdden files and folders
Scroll down and "Uncheck" Hide extensions for knownfile types
Scroll down a bit more and "Uncheck" Hide Protected operating system files
(REcommended)
Hit Okay and then click on Search or hit F3 and type in go.exe
If it finds it then remove it .

When you are done you may want to go back and hide system files and etc so
as to help protect your computer. Just reread my instructions but do the
exact opposite of what i originally said. eg if i say checkmark - uncheck
it. etc
