Trojan in System Volume Folder

I removed a trojan (win32,SCKeyLog.B) using 'PestPatrol'. During this operation I recieved a message that 'registry editing had been disabled by Administrator' and that the registry was therefore not repaired. (Regedit is now available to me.) Now my anti virus still sees the trojan in 'System Volume Folder' but I can't get access to that folder. 'PestPatroil' doesn't 'see' the trojan anymore. Can anyone help me here? It is beyond my skills!

Hi

You can turn SR off/on, but you will lose any existing checkpoints:

Right click My Computer, select Properties and then the System Restore tab.
Enable 'Turn off System Restore on all drives' and reboot your PC. After
that 1st reboot go back into SR and disable 'Turn off System Restore on all
drives' and reboot your PC again. After that 2nd reboot you should have one
new SR checkpoint. The virus will have been deleted.
