Trojan horse Virus

I have Downloader.Swizzor.AI in a folder called
System Volume
Information\_restore{9481085B-5547-4733-9268-7B95215F1964}\RP70\A0010071.exe

My virus programs can't find it and I can't delete it.

Please help me get rid of this thing.
