Trojan "ddm_download.ddm_control" infection / removal ???

I seem to have got this on one of my PC's

C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files\TEST.OCX

which my anti-virus suddenly told me is a Trojan called:-
"Downloader.Dia.A"

When I look in C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files\ folder, even showing hidden/system files I
cannot see any file called TEST.OCX - though my anti-virus says it has "healed" the file and not
deleted it.

A search of my entire C: drive for TEXT.OCX bring up one result:-
C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files\ddm_download.ddm_control

and properties for this file say the file has
Status: Damaged
CodeBase: http://216.65.38.226/crack.CAB


Q1. Where has the TEST.OCX file gone?
Q2. How the heck did this get on to my PC in the first place?
(I have 24x7 anti-virus checking of files on access,
and also Creation/Access dates of "None". I also
run AdAware and a firewall.)
Q3. I can't find any reference to this trojan in the McAfee
virus library? What do McAfee call it?
Q4. Looking at internet references to this trojan, it seems
some people are having big problems keeping this trojan
off their PCs. But I'm not sure why this is or how it
keeps coming back to them (Q2 relates?)
Q5. What does "ddm_download.ddm_control" Is it legitimate at all?
Or should I just delete it completely?

Anybody got definitive answers please?

This responce is to Q2.
there is no virus program that i know of that blocks virus
thay scan your hard drive for them. i have two firewalls
and a virus program but they still get in.
