"The file C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\2PVS94FA\hotmanscave.012webpages[1].html is infected with the Trojan Horse virus.
Access to the file was denied."

I was infected with this trojan from a website. I updated my virus definitions, deleted my temp internet files and ran a full system wide scan. It came up clean. Is there anything I still need be concerned with about this? Thanks in advance.

Not really. You weren't actually infected. Your antivirus software beat the
rest of your computer to it. (Consider it getting your money's worth for the
software.)
