trial version of Delphi error

I cannot open my computer, control panel, or internet
explorer. I keep on getting an error message that
says "this module was compiled with a trial version of
Delphi. The trial period has expired." The only option
is to hit an okay button. But once I try to open any of
the above mentioned items the same error comes up.
Anyone have a solution to this frustrating problem.
 
Many people are reporting this problem today. Running Adaware with the
latest reference file should fix it.
