Hello.
it is possible to transfer the rules messages between two PC Vista with
windows mail?

Yes, if you are comfortable with editing the registry. BE CAREFUL!!!

Regedit
go to
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Rules]
highlight Rules, right-click and select Export
save to a file named Rules.reg
exit

copy Rules.reg to the other computer
on the other computer, right-click the file and select Merge
