Is there a way to transfer the Outlook profile settings (including the email account information) from one PC to another? I'm getting a new latop and need to transfer everything. I dread the thought of having to manually reset the Outlook profiles as each profile includes a multitude of different email account configurations.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Best Regards, Phil

There is a tool called "Profile Wizard" that comes in the Office Resource Kit (Office 2000, I believe) but it works for Outlook 2003. I use it here in the office all the time to update settings on everyone's computer when I change our internal collaboration system.

Your profile should be in the Registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles. Export that key on your old PC and import
into the new. Make a backup of your Registry on the new PC first, though.
