transferring preferences/passwords/email etc to new computer

I am building a new computer (XP Pro), but I would like to be able to
transfer all the settings/email address book/newgroups etc etc etc into the
new machine. The old machine (XP Pro) will be running for a while as is
until I am happy with the new one, and will then become my daughters PC.
Is there anyway of doing this except manually moving files and folders (ie
Favourites folder and email setup).
If not how best to go about this. Not worried about my Apps and data is
already backed up to DVD.
