transferring outlook 2007 contacts into word 2007

I know of no simple way. There are far too many fields in an Outlook contact
to fit into a Word table. I would recommend the following:

Select the contact list you want
File, Import and Export, Export to a File, Next
Comma Separated Values (Windows)
Confirm folder containing contacts, Next
Select where you want to save the file; make sure the extension is .csv
Open the .csv file you created in Excel (this file contains all the contact
info
and is useful for transferring contact lists from computer to computer)
Arrange the columns of data you want in contiguous columns in the Excel
worksheet
Copy the contiguous columns
Open a Word document; you may want to change the orientation to landscape
Paste them into a Word document (it'll create a table)

Personally I'd just stop with the .csv file which Excel reads easily and
because of its design is easily able to handle the great number of columns of
data
