Transferring Outlook 2003 data

I have a desktop computer in my office and a laptop I take interstate on
business. Can someone please tell me how I can update my Outlook 2003 data
(Mail, Contacts, Calendar etc) from the desktop to the laptop and vice versa
before and after each business trip.
