Transferring Mail and Contacts from old to new computer

I just replaced my Fujitsu laptop with a Toshiba laptop and I want to move
all my mail and contacts to my new computer. I assume if I know which data
file it is, I can just share it and then copy it to my new computer?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
