Transferring information

I am trying to trnasfer information from my work outlook (that is on the web)
to the outlook that's on my laptop hard drive. I am simply trying to download
information onto my PDA, but it's becoming a pain b/c all of my information
is on my web outlook. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
archive first, then copy over and import the archive to your PDA. only
archive the folders you want to appear on your PDA. This is assuming you
have a version of outlook on your PDA, otherwise, this process becomes much
less straightforward.

Is Outlook Web Access the only method your work allows for connecting to
your Exchange mailbox? If so, you're out of luck. There's no way to
transfer messages you see in OWA to your local machine. If your company
supports VPNs, then you could access Exchange with your local Outlook copy.
You'll have to ask the admins at work what your options are.
