Transferring Form Data

I've have a customized contact form and have 100 contacts entered on PC#1
using said form (non-networked). I've had to transfer all my Outlook data to
PC#2. I have the customized form installed on PC#2 but all the contacts I
imported are no longer using the customized form. However, any new contact I
create uses the customized form. Will I have to re-enter all my data to get
the contacts on the customized form?

Thanks!

How did you perform the transfer? The right way to do it would have been to create a new .pst file, create a contacts folder in it, and copy the items there.

I didn't get that opportunity. The guys at the office created my PST and
transferred my data. I guess I could start over. What would be the best
order to do things? Start with a blank PST, create my form for that contact
folder then use the import function to import them or just copy them over?
Thanks for your help!
