Transferring files

I have recently upgraded from an older computer with
Windows 98 to a new one with Windows XP. Most of my
files were originally created using Microsoft Works, Ver
4.5. Now I need to know what I can install on my new
computer to open them in XP.

Microsoft Works or Microsoft Office will nbeed to be installed.
If you had it before, surely you have the media?
