transferring ffrom dvd+rw onto computer to copy to dvd

i have a dvd video camera and use dvd+rw discs. I want to know how to first
copy it from the disc onto my laptop then how to copy it onto a new dvd. can
anyone help!! i use windows xp. thanks

You need to buy either Easy CD Creator or Nero because XP cannot write to a
DVD.

thanks jim, i have nero and have burnt the dvd to the laptop bit cant seem to
now get it onto another new copy dvd. any ideas??
