Transferring emails from one computer to another

Can anyone tell me how I can transfer my emails from one computer to another?
I'm using Outlook Express. The OS is Windows XP and the version of OE is 6.

Both are working computers, I'm just upgrading to a bigger one! lol I have a

You can use the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard", by default it
migrates a large percentage of your personal data/settings. I believe
you can selectively choose which components to capture. There is
a manual process but is much more complicated and involves things
like creating an Account .IAF export module and copying the data
store folders (.Dbx).
