How do I transfer outlook emails and contacts from my old
computer to my new one? many thanks

Thanks for this - I am looking for help in doing this.Do
I just find the pst file and copy it and transfer to new
computer?

Yes, and once copied, use File->Open->Outlook Data File to access your
information. You also do not have to place the file in the default
location, which is handy for backup purposes if you have a backup directory.
