Transferring e-maii Address Book

Can anyone help me to transfer my e-mail address book from
Outlook Express to Outlook. I'm stumped.

If Outlook is installed on the same computer as Outlook Express, just go to
Outlook Express's File menu, click Export, then Address Book. If they're
not on the same computer, you'll need to move the OE data to the Outlook
computer first and import it into Outlook Express there --

is in OE on the same computer as Outlook, you can export as explained above.
