Transferring data from Incredimail to Microsoft Outlook

I am using Incredimail as my email programme. I think
this is causing my laptop to 'crash' frequently. I want
to remove this programme from my laptop. BUT I cannot
work out how to transfer all the stored information in
all the email boxes/address book and contact list from
Incredimail to Microsoft Outlook.
When installing the Incredimail programme it is very easy
to transfer all the information in either Outlook Express
or Outlook, but I cannot work out how to transfer from
Incredimail to Outlook.
I cannot afford to lose all the information currently
stored in Incredimail.
Can anyone help me PLEEZ.
